Chicken San Souci - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken breast
    celery tops
    salt
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 large chopped onion
    butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 soup cans milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans button mushrooms
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook the chicken breast with celery tops and salt in water until done.
    Drain, remove from bone and set aside.
    Cook the wild rice according to package directions.
    Saute the onion in butter; remove from the skillet.
    Add more butter (I use a stick) and blend in the flour.
    Stir in the soup, which has been mixed with the milk.
    Add salt, pepper, mushrooms and sauteed onion; set aside.
