Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and drop in hot grease.
Cook until golden brown.
