Stratta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crusts removed
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 c. diced ham, turkey or chicken
    6 beaten eggs
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
Preparation
    Line pan (grease with butter) with 12 slices bread, 6 slices for bottom and 6 for top.
    Layer Cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli and diced ham.
