Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. slivered almonds
Preparation
-
Cook vegetables, celery and onion until tender; drain. Combine vegetables with 1/2 stick margarine, cheese and mayonnaise.
Put in baking dish.
