Mushrooms Magnifico(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. large mushrooms
    6 oz. cream cheese (use two 3 oz. pkg. or 3/4 eight oz. pkg.)
    1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic to taste
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. white wine or water
    few shakes pepper and salt
    1/2 to 1 c. grated or shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Wipe mushrooms; clean and remove stems.
    Stuff caps with herbed cream cheese.
    To make cheese, soften the cream cheese and add all remaining ingredients except wine, butter and Mozzarella.
    Melt butter in ovenproof skillet and add mushrooms (stuffed side up). Saute about 2 minutes over medium heat.
    Add a bit of wine or water to cover bottom of skillet.
    Top the mushrooms with the Mozzarella. Place in heated oven at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts (about 5 to 10 minutes).
    Place on serving dish with pan juices poured over. Serve warm.
