Natillas(Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
5 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

In
blender put about 1/2 cup milk, egg yolks and flour for a
few
minutes;
set
aside.
Put
sugar
in
saucepan, caramelized until light brown.
Add remaining milk to bring to boil;
sugar will dissolve.
Simmer about 5 minutes, stirring. Beat the egg whites until stand in peak.
Put them by spoonful on top of natillas; add cinnamon.
