Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
    1 c. molasses or honey
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except eggs.
    Add eggs; stir until well blended.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Insert tip of knife blade in pudding about halfway between edge and center of pie.
    Should come out clean.
