Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boned chicken breast
1 green bell pepper
jar pimentos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. Cheddar cheese
10 flour tortilla shells
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender; save broth.
Saute bell pepper and pimentos in broth.
Add cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup.
Mix with chicken, cut in small pieces.
Heat together.
Cut tortilla shells in two and place in casserole dish. Layer shells, chicken and soup mixture.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Heat in oven at 350\u00b0.
