Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs or egg substitute
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil (can substitute can of applesauce)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together after sifting flour.
    Mix other ingredients in.
    Let sit in refrigerator overnight before baking. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Batter can be kept in refrigerator for one month.
    If you use applesauce and egg substitute fat grams are less than 2 per muffin.
    Very good and so convenient to have in the refrigerator to bake.
