Tomatoes Provencales(South Of France Tomatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium-sized tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    4 tsp. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped very fine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wipe tomatoes and cut in half.
    Cook in a little oil in skillet, cut side down, over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Transfer to a heatproof serving dish.
    Make a paste-like substance with oil, garlic, bread crumbs and parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture on top of each tomato half.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
