Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook flour, milk and sugar until thick; add egg yolks.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into cooked pie shell; top with meringue.
Bake until brown.
