Fettuccine Carbonara With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. lean ham, sliced
2 carrots, cut thin
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked
1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

In small bowl, beat eggs, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Add carrots and peas during last 2 minutes of cooking noodles.
Place colander over large serving bowl.
Drain pasta and vegetables in the colander to heat bowl.
Pour out the water, then put drained pasta and vegetables.
Immediately pour egg mixture over hot pasta to cook eggs and coat pasta.
