Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes or 5 medium potatoes
1 stick margarine
1 c. cream
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Blend sugar, sweet potato and butter together, then add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 to 3 pies.
