Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
8 oz. sour cream
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Place crushed Ritz crackers on bottom of casserole dish.
Put chopped chicken over crackers.
Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts and place on top of chopped chicken.
Cover with
more Ritz crackers and pour 1 stick melted margarine over all.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
