Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 1/4 c. melted shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
Add nuts; stir well. Form a well in center and add eggs, pumpkin and shortening.
Stir well until moist.
Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
