Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. granulated garlic or to taste
    2 large chicken bouillon cubes or 3 Tbsp. meatless chicken broth, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute rice in oil until light brown.
    Add water, tomato sauce, cumin and garlic.
    Dissolve bouillon or broth powder in 1/2 cup of water before adding.
    Total amount of liquids should be 4 cups. Bring to a boil.
    Cover and reduce to a simmer until done, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
