Lemon Roasted Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. leg or shoulder of lamb
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
juice of 1 lemon
rind of 1/2 lemon, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare lamb by making inch-deep slices spaced 1-inch apart. In a small saucepan, place vinegar, water, lemon juice, rind, mustard, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and pour over lamb. Bake in a preheated oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently.
When serving, slice thinly and spoon pan juices over meat.
