12 Step Soft Pretzels(Philadelphia Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/8 c. warm water (105~)
    1 1/3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    5 c. flour
    baking soda
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup warm water in a large bowl.
    Stir in 1 1/3 cups warm water and the brown sugar. Add the flour gradually and continue stirring (add 1 cup at a time). Beat until smooth. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth.
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
