Shrimp Remoulade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    4 tsp. horseradish mustard
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. green onions
    2 1/2 c. celery
Preparation
    Chop onion and celery fine and combine with oil, vinegar, mustard, ketchup and seasonings.
    Pour mixture over shrimp.
    Let set overnight, turning once or twice to cover shrimp.
