Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed (about 35)
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix beans and corn together.
    Pour into a greased casserole (about 2-quart size).
    Mix salt, onion, sour cream, celery soup and cheese together.
    Spread over beans and corn mixture.
    Mix cracker crumbs and margarine, then spread on top of casserole. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
