Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large green bell peppers, cut in half lengthwise
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    oregano, salt, pepper and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Wet bread slices with hot water; squeeze out excess water. Mix bread, sausage and spices together.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Top with tomato sauce or catsup and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in greased pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes about 4 servings.
