Shellfish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. V-8 juice
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 oz. crab meat (canned, fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 c. shrimp, boiled
3 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
bread, buttered and cubed
slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Combine V-8 and mayonnaise.
Mix together crab, shrimp, rice, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
Pour liquid over rice mixture; mix lightly.
Put in casserole. Top with bread crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
Freezes well. Serves 4 to 6.
