Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggs (1/2 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add salt and flour.
    Blend thoroughly. Turn onto pastry cloth, which has had 1/4 cup sifted flour worked into it.
    Knead dough lightly 1 minute.
    Divide dough in 2 balls. Roll balls paper thin in 16-inch circles.
    Place circles on clean dry towels.
    Cover with another towel and let dry at room temperature (until dough feels like chamois; it requires several hours to complete the drying).
