Deviled Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans chopped clams, drained
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, crushed with rolling pin
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. cream
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
3 Tbsp. clam juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Let stand until stuffing absorbs liquid. Spoon mixture into clam shells or small baking dishes. Sprinkle with additional crushed stuffing and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
