Barker Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
shredded or flaked coconut
Preparation

Melt butter (in a large saucepan) and chocolate on low heat. When melted, add egg; stir.
Stir in powder sugar, nuts and marshmallows.
Remove from heat.
Blend well.
Shape in balls. Roll in coconut.
