Hamburger And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. hamburg
1/3 c. rice (uncooked)
1 soup can water
Preparation

Chop cabbage in large pieces.
Place in bottom of greased casserole.
Brown hamburg and onion.
Season to taste.
Pour off fat and stir in rice.
Place meat mixture on top of cabbage and cover evenly with tomato soup and water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
