2 Cups Chilled Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour, for Dredging
1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation

Divide the mashed potatoes into 8 equal parts.
Use your hands and form 1/2-inch thick patties.
