Andrea'S Chocolate Cream Filled Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sour milk (milk soured with 1 Tbsp. vinegar)
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
    Beat in oil, sour milk and egg; beat for 3 minutes.
    Add hot water and vanilla.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 25 minutes.
