Summer Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 squash, peeled and cleaned
    potatoes (amount desired for size of squash)
    1 can tomatoes or 4 to 5 medium size tomatoes, squeezed and skinned
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cover mixture with water.
    Cover and cook on low heat until veggies are soft.
