Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Cook over medium heat until soft ball stage. Stir constantly. Cook in large pan.
It will foam up.
When cooked add vanilla, butter and pecans. Beat well until thick.
Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
