Bow Tie Pasta With Fresh Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 bunch fresh green broccoli, steamed until still firm and diced large
    4 crushed garlic cloves
    3 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 medium, diced white onion
    3/4 c. stock
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. bow tie pasta
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Saute onion and garlic in oil over low heat until soft.
    Add broccoli.
    Cook a minute over medium heat.
    Add wine and stock; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until liquid is reduced by 1/3.
    Add grated cheese and basil and toss over warm pasta.
