Mock Italian Meat Balls Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices toast or 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. grated Colby cheese
    1 c. pecan meal or chopped fine pecans
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 buttons garlic, chopped fine
    1 c. milk (more or less until moistened well)
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Fry in corn oil slowly until brown. Make round patties about the size of an egg.
    Drain on paper towels.
