Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    flour
    salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    warm water
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and salt together; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    If you add too much flour, add a little warm water until it is the right consistency.
    Knead until smooth and elastic. Roll out as thin as possible on a floured board or countertop.
    Cut into strips of desired width with a sharp knife.
    Cut a little smaller than you wish the finished product to be since they will swell a little as they cook.
    Use in soup or cook in boiling water, salted and use as desired.
