Cucumber-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. cherry tomatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded cucumber, well drained
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    cucumber wedges
Preparation
    Cut tops off each tomato; scoop out pulp.
    Invert tomatoes on paper towels and let stand 30 minutes.
    Combine cream cheese, shredded cucumber, curry powder and garlic salt.
    Beat until well blended.
    Spoon mixture into tomato shells.
    Garnish each tomato with a cucumber wedge by placing pointed end into mixture.
