Buttery Grated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, peeled and grated (medium grate)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry butter substitute
Preparation
    Place carrots in skillet with tight-fitting lid, add water, salad oil, garlic salt and pepper.
    Toss lightly.
    Cover skillet and cook over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Sprinkle butter substitute over mixture; blend and serve.
