Stuffed Italian Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
    1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and chopped
    1 tall can fat free spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except shells and sauce.
    Stuff mixture into shells.
    Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with a little sauce.
    Put stuffed shells in the pan, open side up.
    Pour sauce over the shells.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
