Sue'S Spicy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1 chicken, cut up in parts
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
    1/4 lb. Feta or Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 to 1 chopped jalapeo pepper (1 1/2 Tbsp. canned)
Preparation
    In food processor, puree spinach, Feta, butter and jalapeno until it is a paste.
