Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar, vanilla and salt. Beat well.
    Stir
    in
    coconut. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
