Bean Dip(Heart Smart) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. yogurt
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In blender or food processor at medium speed, puree all ingredients until smooth; place in small bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours.
    Let stand at room temperature about 20 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 servings, about 2 tablespoons each.
