Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation

Put all ingredients except milk and chives in saucepan and simmer covered, until potatoes are tender; about 15 minutes.
Add milk.
Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
Garnish with chives.
Makes 5 cups.
