Strawberry Mocha Cream Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    2 pt. fresh strawberries
    light corn syrup
    1/2 c. strong coffee
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee powder
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. softened sweet butter
Preparation
    Combine the flour and salt in a bowl.
    Cut in the shortening until uniform but coarse.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of water and toss with a fork, then press into a ball.
    Roll out half of the dough at a time on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Cut into 3-inch circles, then fit inside 2 1/4-inch tart pans and prick with fork.
    Place on a baking sheet.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool and remove from tart pans.
