Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1 c. sliced almonds, pecan pieces or walnuts
Preparation

In cast-iron skillet, mix sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Let boil for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add nuts and mix well. Pour into platter and let cool.
Break candy into pieces.
