Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    1 box manicotti shells
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Remove half and set aside.
    Simmer 1/2 sausage, tomato sauce, paste, water and brown sugar.
    In bowl, mix other 1/2 sausage, Ricotta cheese, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese and egg. Cook manicotti according to box directions.
    Put 1/3 of sauce on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Stuff manicotti with cheese mixture and lay stuffed noodles over sauce.
    Put remaining sauce over stuffed noodles.
    Put remaining Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
