Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix liquid and dry ingredients separately. Dip pork chops into liquid, then roll in dry mix. Fry in deep hot fat until both sides are brown. Remove and put in a shallow baking dish.
