Heavenly Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    20 Ritz crackers (crumbs)
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
    Add sugar; fold in baking powder and cracker crumbs.
    Add vanilla and pecans. Turn into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
