Fantastic Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
2 onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Place meat in baking dish.
Use spatula to spread soup over top and sides of meat.
Press onions into soup layer and arrange mushrooms around edges of pan. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours. Don't peek!
Let sit for 15 minutes.
