Porky Pine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice, cooked separately
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 cans cream of tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Cook rice separately; drain and rinse.
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato soup and water.
    Roll mixture into balls.
    Combine soup and water in crock-pot or slow cooker.
    Add meat balls and cook until meat is thoroughly cooked.
    You can thicken the soup mixture and serve with meatballs.
    Makes about 10 to 12 meatballs.
