Supper In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. onion salt or flakes
    1 can condensed cream of potato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. canned tomatoes
    1 pt. jar or 1 can green beans
Preparation
    Mix beef, crumbs, egg, onion and salt. Shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet. Drain off fat drippings. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. If desired, some cheese may be added. Makes about 4 servings.
