Coconut Pie (Makes Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) can coconut
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla; mix well.
    Add flour, butter and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 well buttered pie pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
