Spaghetti And Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cans crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 whole bulb garlic
1 1/2 c. red wine
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
crushed hot pepper to taste
1 doz. crabs, cleaned and halved
Preparation

Pour olive oil to cover bottom of stock pot.
Heat oil and lightly brown the garlic and parsley.
Saute the crabs with lid on the pot until they turn pink (about 20 minutes).
Shake the pot to move the crabs around inside the pot.
Don't try to stir them while you're cooking them.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours (the longer, the better).
Remove crabs into side bowl.
Cook spaghetti and serve with the sauce and crabs on the side.
It's messy to eat, but delicious!
